Attention all you budding detectives out there! Are you ready show off your super sleuthing skills, and help solve the Crime of the Century? Mystery Case Files: Huntsville ™ from Big Fish Games is a fun and challenging hidden object game for kids where you have to find clues among the random objects in a cluttered crime scene. You play the role of the Detective, and have to find as many clues / objects as you can in each level before time runs out. Leave nothing to chance, and meticulously comb through each scene to find the vital evidence needed to put these criminals where they belong – behind bars!

Get out your magnifying glass as this hidden object activity is extremely tricky! Needless to say, you’ll need a keen eye for minute detail because certain clues could be hidden away in a cluttered corner. Other vital clues might be hiding in plain sight, so your acute observation skills are also very important here. A good detective is tenacious, with a fine-tuned, sixth-sense for clue finding. The question is – have you got that special talent? Ok Sherlock, it’s time to put on your Detective’s hat, and race to the first crime scene! Happy clue hunting!

How to Play: In each of the Crime Scene levels, you have to find a set of Clues that are listed on the right hand side of the game screen. These Clues are random objects that are hidden around the extremely untidy crime scene. Scan your eyes around the room, and try to find the objects that are listed. If you think you spot one, Left Click on it using your computer mouse or touchpad. If you have correctly identified one of the Clues, it moves into your Detectives Box in the bottom right hand corner. The object also disappears from the clue list. If you click on something that is not one of the Clues, nothing happens.

There’s no time to waste, as there is a clock ticking down in each of the two crime scenes. In the first level, you have 4 minutes to find all of the objects. However, in the second level, you only have 2 minutes. Keep an eye on the timer in the top right corner of the game screen. Once the timer runs out, it’s game over and you have to start again – with a different set of Clues. If you get stuck at any stage, click on the ‘Hint’ button located just underneath the timer. This highlights a general area where one of the objects is hidden (the object is within the circle that appears on screen). Use your Hint wisely, as you can only activate it once in each level. Once you complete both levels, why not try again and see if you can find the objects more quickly. The clues are different each time you begin.
